Enjoy a four-course private dinner with fly-fishing legend, author, and lodge owner Matt Supinski at Allenberry Resort! Ask Matt about his favorite fly-fishing experiences, and learn about the culinary aspect of fly-fishing with his class, “Organic Closed Aqua Culture Atlantic Salmon: Foraging and Fly Fishing to the Kitchen”. Then, learn specific techniques and tricks of the trade and connect with other anglers while you dine on a limited custom menu prepared by Chef Scott Robinson in the Cellar.
A portion of dinner proceeds will go to Trout Unlimited and The Atlantic Salmon Federation for conservation efforts.
Reservations are $75 per person. Tax and gratuity not included.

Matt Supinski is a renowned fly-fisher, instructor, lodge owner, freelance writer, and photographer who has 46 years invested in the trade. Matt Supinski has fly-fished all around the world, but extensively throughout North America.
