For instance, Allenberry Resort cannot make a reservation without a name, and The Longevity Center cannot provide certain wellness treatments without health information.

Making Reservations: When you make a reservation for our cottages, lodges, or mansion rooms, we will request your name, address, phone number, email address information along with other information to assist with your reservation and stay such as credit card number, date of arrival/departure, and room preferences.

Wellness Center Appointments: When booking wellness treatments at The Longevity Center, we may collect health-related information to ensure treatments are appropriate and safe for you.

Fly-Fishing Experiences: When booking fly-fishing experiences, we may collect information about your experience level, equipment needs, and any special requirements for your time on the Yellow Breeches Creek.

Events and Weddings: When planning events, weddings, or meetings at our venues, we collect contact information, event details, catering preferences, and guest information as needed.

Dining Reservations: When making reservations at The Barn Restaurant or Breeches Cafe, we may collect your contact information and any dietary restrictions or special occasions you’re celebrating.

For example, we may partner with Orvis for fly-fishing promotions or with wellness brands for treatments at The Longevity Center. SECURE RESERVATIONS:

If you decide to make an online reservation at the Site, you will be linked to a reservation interface and a third party booking engine (“Booking Engine”). While it appears to be part of our site, the Booking Engine is in fact provided by a third party and is governed by its privacy practices. The Booking Engine Vendor and all information sent to this site is in a Secured Socket Layer (SSL), is encrypted, protecting against disclosure to third parties.
