Indoor Receptions Only
An hors d'oeuvre hour can be held outdoors provided glassware
is not used
(plastic champagne glasses, plates, etc.)
Red, White or Gold Linen (or any combination of those choices)
is available
at no additional charge.
Any other colors will have to be rented outside of Allenberry.
No room charge.
Allenberry does not provide the wedding cake. We will cut and serve it at no charge.
Centerpieces can be provided in Beltzhoover Terrace: glass candleholder
w/white taper candle, in Carriage Room: Pewter candleholder w/white taper
candle and glass hurricane globe.
Receptions
are limited to a maximum of 5 hours.

Beltzhoover Terrace |
Located behind Fairfield Hall, faces the Lower Gardens, Yellow Breeches & Mansion House. Two glass walls overlook the property (w/silhouette blinds)
Can hold a maximum of 175 people
One reception per date - time is flexible.
Round tables of 8 (higher # of guests - 10 per table)
Accessible outdoor areas: Terrace next to Pool, Walkway from Mansion House side, Lower Gardens.

Carriage Room |
Located towards the exit of the property, connected to the Stone Lodge. Large windows (small panes) averaging ten feet across overlook patio, cottages and Boxwood Gardens.
Can hold a maximum of 150 people.
Two reception per date: early time block - party out by 4:00 PM
late time block - party is in no sooner than 6:00 PM
Tables of 6 or 8 alternating in rectangle/round.
Accessible outdoor area: Large brick patio along windowed wall.

To make a reservation: |
- Call with contact info/Name of wedding party and choose available date and function room
- Confirmation letter is sent out requesting deposit.
- $1000.00 deposit is due 14 days after letter is received.
- No additional money is due until estimated count 10 days prior to the wedding ($30.00 per person at that time).
Final count is due 3 days prior to reception.
