Beltzhoover Terrace

A long formal entrance leads to this unique building with cathedral ceiling. Two glass walls provide exquisite views of lower gardens, a beautiful limestone mansion and the Yellow Breeches trout stream.

Carriage Room

One of the more historic banquet facilities on the property. This unique room provides an interesting layout with small-paned large windows within mural walls overlooking a wrap-around brick patio with views of our cottages.

• Suggested maximum seating of 135.
• Round tables seating 6 and rectangular tables seating 8 alternate per the floor plan.
• Room arrangement customized to your needs including the large stone fireplace flanked by cake table and disc jockey/band space with stationary dance floor directly in front. Hors d'oeuvres/buffet area located on mezzanine adjacent to separate lounge and bar areas.
• Centerpiece availability - pewter candleholders w/white taper candles in hurricane globes and/or votives.
• Accessible outdoor area – wrap-around brick patio.

Rooms for Smaller Wedding Venues

To make a reservation:

1. Call with contact info/Name of wedding party and choose available date and function room
2. Confirmation letter is sent out requesting deposit.
3. $1000.00 deposit is due 14 days after letter is received.
4. No additional money is due until estimated count 10 days prior to the wedding ($40.00 per person at that time).
   Final count is due 3 days prior to reception.
